Achievements
• In my first month on the job, I upsold a total of 25 rooms by offering upgrades and extra benefits resulting in AED 16, 000 in extra revenue.

Achievements
• Automated the process of creation of the Daily Revenue Report and Room Statistics Report by bridging the Opera system with the Sun system and the daily excel spreadsheet.
• I handled three different jobs (Night Manager, Night Auditor, and Accounts Receivable Executive) in different departments at the same time for a period of 6 months.
• Prepared, consolidated, sent, and collected all outstanding invoices since pre-opening to the corporations, recovered half the outstanding amount (AED 3M+) in less than thirty days.
• In addition to my three jobs, I took on temporarily (for 45 days) the role of Income Auditor while my colleague was on vacation during the closing of the hotel's fiscal year.

• Solely checked-in and allocated 129 rooms in two hours to Abu Dhabi Company for Onshore Oil Operations (ADCO) during a three-day mass interview process. I received a Thank You letter from the hotel's General Manager for this accomplishment.
• As part of a team, I helped in the hotel pre-opening by preparing and inspecting the newly furnished rooms.
