I'M WOKING IN PROJECT PROCUREMENT .. MAJOR PROJECTS IN ALL DISPLINCE ( INSTRUMENTATION, MECHANICAL, STRUCTURAL...ETC)
-Receiving PR s and checking technical integrity.
-Preparing list of suppliers from approved vendor list.
-Attending pre-bid clarification with both vendors & users & Follow up on receipt
of -
enough bids.
-Receiving supplier’s offers checking for completeness like partial or full
quote, technical
attachments and forwarding to engineering for technical evaluation.
-Forwarding technical clarifications raised by Engineers to vendors for compliance
.
-Receiving final technical Bid evaluation from engineering and opening commercial
offers
-Preparing a commercial evaluation of all offers by entering prices and other
commercial terms and conditions
-Preparing bid tabulation for review and finalise along with Project Procurement
Manager.
-Preparing Purchase Orders and Purchase Order Revisions
-Ensure proper distribution of P.O copies to concerned
I WORKED AS A CONTRACT ENGINEER FOR SIX MONTHS AND THEN WORKED AS A BUYER
