Sales Tasks:
Building relationships with Biomedical engineering departments in hospitals and promoting the sale of spare parts and accessories for medical devices. Search and obtain various maintenance contracts for various medical devices.
Service Tasks:
Examining various malfunctioning medical devices, identifying malfunctions, requesting spare parts, installing them, operating them, testing them, and calibrating them after completion. Carrying out periodic maintenance, calibration, and electrical safety selections for devices covered by periodic maintenance and warranty contracts, and delivering the output documents required by the Health Authority. Preparing and installing the sold devices, delivering them to the end user and training them on their use.
Sales Tasks:
Study the market and search for potential customer. Visit potential customers and view our company products and services. Preparing technical offers and price quotation for customers requests, and securing these requests from vendors or local market. The Field of devices that I was marketing: CSSD Devices, Medical furniture and Medical Consumables and disposables.
Service Tasks:
Carrying out installation, operation and training of Various required medical devices. Very good experience in planning and implementing the Central Sterilization department and its various devices. High ability to install and operate CSSD Devices like steam sterilizer, plasma sterilizer, instrument washer, endoscopy washer and ultrasonic cleaner. Carrying out planned preventive maintenance of medical devices according to the manufacturers instructions. Preparing PPM contracts, their structure, wording, and details necessary to be mentioned in them. carrying out electrical safety testing for medical devices and preparing the necessary reports for inspections by the Ministry of health.
