●The work involves the construction of a stormwater network, TSE Networks, and Road Works covering the Doha North Area. Duties include but are not limited to the following:
●To oversee the construction supervision of the stormwater network which will be connected to the existing network in Doha North.
●Solving technical problems such as clashes of utilities and improving the quality of work on site where I held technical meetings with the contractor and discussed the problem with him and found a suitable solution without incurring extra time and money to the client. control of contractors on site and successfully ensure work is completed with quality under time restraints.
Projects: Road and Infrastructure in Shamal -Package 01. (Value - QR 700 M.) Dutiesand Experience:
▪The work involves the construction of Pumping Stations, Sewer Networks, Street lights, and Roads. Duties include the following:
▪To oversee the construction supervision of the Infrastructure Development Project in Qatar North. Supervise more than 14 civil inspectors and assistant engineers.
▪Solving technical problems such as clashes of utilities and improving the quality of work on site where I held technical meetings with the contractor to discuss the problem with him and find a suitable solution without incurring extra time and money to the client.

▪Review the sequence of work and advise the contractor of the best method to avoid future claims and apply my knowledge to project work to achieve quality workmanship.
▪Review variation orders with the QS team and decide on the merit of these variations as per contract, specs, and FIDIC.
▪attend coordination meetings held between the contractor and other contractors working on other packages and solving problems arising so that no claims will be issued to client due to delay
▪Chair monthly progress meetings with the contractor in the presence of PWA where key issues related to progress, time and cost are discussed.
Projects: AL KHOR Infrastructure Project. (Value - QR 350 M.) Duties and Experience:
▪The work involves the construction of Pumping Stations, Sewer Networks, Storm Networks, Irrigation Networks, Potable Water Networks, Micro-tunneling, Street Light and Roads. Duties include the following:
▪To oversee the construction supervision of the Infrastructure Development Project in Qatar North.

Projects: Mina/Makkah Pilgrim Accommodation Project, KSA.(Value - QR 100 M.) Duties and Experience:
▪The work involved land preparation, water supply systems, drainage networks, and fire extinguisher and air conditioning systems. Duties include but are not limited to the following:
▪Responsible for the construction supervision of a steel structure building for Pilgrimaccommodation in Mina/Makkah.
▪Responsible for distributing work and inspection duties to 12 engineers, to ensure that the contractors' materials and standards of work conformed to specifications.
▪Responsible for submitting daily progress reports to the Ministry, and for attending meetings with Ministry representatives highlighting any construction matters or difficulties that need to be brought to their attention for Clarification and resolution.
▪Regularly discussed with the Contractors Project Manager any areas or subjects where improvement of the contractor's standard of work was required.
▪As a team player I share the problems with the contractor as they occur and site and find solutions thereby avoiding delays to the project and preventing variations raised by the contractor.
Duties, and Experience:
▪I obtained a position as a lecturer during my Ph.D. program at the notable Bradford University in England, teaching undergraduates' various modules in the field of Civil Engineering such as material testing, CBR and compaction tests.
