Planning. Implement motivate sales plan and tracking sales actions. Follows up with the Sales Representatives on (achieving their daily, weekly and monthly target, daily route track as planned)
Performance reporting. Responsible for achieving targets, overall performance of the team of Sales Representatives with adherence to all ALRiyad policies, procedures and regulations. Provides reports for the achieved sales compared to monthly targets.
Stakeholder engagement. Secure overall internal coordination with other departments fulfilling account and logistics needs.
Team management. Evaluation for overall team and sales representative’s performance on a weekly basis including ensuring field visits at least once a week for each of the representative’s customers. Develop continuous relation & develop all designated areas to ensure in store excellence is applied.
Customer service. Ensure customers’ orders are handled correctly and deliver on time. Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks. Follows up on all matters related to the customers and to be able to highly satisfy the customers within company policies and procedures.
Business development. Establishes new customer accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other sales and trading factors. Create new sales opportunities as well as open new sales points in coordination with the Sales Manager to approve any new customer.
Financial management. Service existing customer accounts, obtain and submit orders referring to price lists and product notification. Manage and control actual credit limits granted to all customers and confirm all within approved limits on a daily basis. Review receipts and bills and check discount, items and all information needed.
