- Deal with sudden crisis which threat the business and the entity, pay the exertion to get the situation back to the normality.

- Internal control and monitor the ongoing processes beside the reporting to the top management.

- I shared to develop an internal control system for the company, advised to form audit committee (responsible for the accounting principles following up, the assignment of the external auditor, the assignment of the internal auditing department who is responsible to monitor and report about the ongoing operations of company activities).Advised also to form compensation & remuneration committee.

- Achieved system thinking and policy modeling to develop the main structure of the organization of Mubarak Marine L.L.C.

- Was responsible for the calculations of cargo volume, tonnage, dues, and freights of cargo handling process. Controlled the shipping contracts of cargo in accordance with international transport laws and logistics standards.

- Put the safety plan and procedures and follow up the operations of the ships of company and ensure its proper management.

- Plan for the navigation of the fleets, researches for the whole process from the departure till the arrival.

- Was responsible for handling with cargo manifests, issuing bills of lading, and manage the whole process of receiving and delivering of cargo shipments.
