Involved in conducting quality control aimed at validation of release from vendors as well as managing production release deliveries and release version control.
Control and Maintain changes to Production, DR and Test environments, including configuration, backup and refresh etc.
Ensure all changes (including, Software, Hardware and configurations) following a strict change control process to minimise any adverse effects to the working environments and its end users.
Plan and own agile enterprise release train.
Involved in design, implementation of processes, procedures & documents for distribution & installation of changes to IT systems as well as prioritizing tasks and plans.
Maintaining the integrity of all IT system environments by ensuring strict release and change processes are followed by development and support teams throughout the release cycle.
Ensuring that changes are traceable, secure and that only correct, authorized and tested versions are installed within agreed schedule.
Prepare daily and weekly Reports to provide full visibility of all changes and releases to all levels, including change review and KPIs and KRIs.
Ensure that configuration processes are followed and CMDB updated and maintained.
Implement ITILV3 best practice along with DevOps and agile methodologies.
Design implement efficient processes, procedures and documents for the distribution and installation of changes to IT systems and prioritize tasks and plans.
Strong knowledge in source control, automation of deployment, continues integration and Testing automation using best tools; JIRA, Jenkins, Docker, Puppet, Che, GIT, Ansible.
Experience in ITSM processes and tools such as Incident, Problem, knowledge, Testing using ServiceNow, CA and BMC.
Develop Deployment deliverables to an acceptable level of quality, change requests, Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and Implementation Plan to support migration, cloning and transition to support.
Grow and develop team members within the capability.
Strong communication and listening skills, with a demonstrated ability to effectively communicate technical issues verbally to all program levels.
Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders.
Proven ability to develop and execute implementation plans to support application (and associated infrastructure) migration and deployment
Experienced and strong capability in Project and risk Management.
Strong knowledge of testing and defect tracking tools such as TFS, HP-QC.
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Maintaining and adhering to release management and change management policy and project release schedule whilst working within concurrent Project Teams, including vendors, to coordinate migration & deployment activities.
Managing Team of 10 members.
Develop in-house tools to record all change across production and non-production.
