- Provide decision making support to the Plant Director, Chief Operating Office, and Chief Financial Officer in terms of providing relevant, accurate, and timely information.
- Develop Standard Costing System/Job Costing/ABC Costing for the manufacturing unit and ensure that product costing is accurate. This includes BOM, routing, work centers, etc....is maintained and up to date. In addition, ensure that the system is back-flashed monthly to identify cost drivers and analyze the variances.
- Develop and maintain organizational policies, procedures, financial control and guidelines in coordination with Group internal Audit Department and facilitate the implementation of new financial process.
- Analyze raw materials used, variable cost, factory overheads, and any other type of costs involved with the manufacturing process work centers, routing, and the causes of such variances.
- In coordination with Supply Chain and Production - provide a Quarterly report on Purchase Price variances and Quantity variances.
- Develop tools for annual operating budgets to streamline the process and support production to ensure accurate deliverables on a timely manner.
- Ensure annual physical count for all inventory items are performed in a highly professional manner and that proper provision is considered for obsolete, expired and slow moving items.
- Ensure that up to-date job descriptions are maintained for all cost accountant team and establish KPI's to be incorporated into the performance.
- Ensure that a cycle physical count on selective random inventory items are verified and that proper provision is considered for obsolete,
- Supervises of five employees in the department. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
- Responsibilities include interviewing and training employees; planning, assigning, directing work and appraising performance; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
- Study the receipt which made by chief and arrange the material cost for it.
- Study the variance of material.
- Mange the monthly inventory (stock tacking) and define all difference and the reason of it, and adjust it.
- Prepare price list in corporate with marketing team for all products to be in completion situation.

- Control on expenses and its provisions.

- Analyze and prepare reports for management to take important decision about future plane or existing procedure.
- Prepare the Quantity Budget (Manpower, capitalization, and sales & production Qty) in coordinate with other concern Dept., and the Budget financial statement (budget profit & loss statement, and budget cash flow).
- Head of stock taking committee for all industrial division’s warehouse (Manage the committees and analyze the variant and prepare the final report for management and financial purpose).
- SAP Core Team in implementation the Software.
- Assistant in SAP implementation team to prepare the required data and hierarchy of cost components.
- Prepare the data to calculate the hourly rate for all production cost center on SAP.
- Study and analyze the cost of all standard products in SAP.
I was a member of the team responsible of developing Navision software and customizing any reports required.
- Prepare and register the journal entry bills.
- Prepare monthly reconsolidations with the customers’ side in view to solve the whole conflicts that may have occurred.
- Review accounting transactions supporting documents and ensures their conformity with the rules and regulations.
- Prepare routine accounting transaction such as disbursement vouchers and journal vouchers.
- Post the vouchers to the computer ledgers as per the accounting procedures.
- Balance the ledgers periodically to ensure the accuracy of posting.
- Prepare the recurring financial records in line with the month’s end closing.
- Extract monthly trial balances from the ledgers as per the accounting procedures.
- Register daily invoices received from vendors.
- Register all collections from customers.
- Draw up reports for vendor’s due and customer’s collecting.
- Prepare monthly reconciliation with vendors and customers.
