• May 2011-present: Working as Service Engineer in the customer care division at Rieckermann Services Ltd /Saudi Arabia branch:
My main role is to provide after-sales technical support to our customers through the following :
- Machines and production-lines installation projects; following up the site and utilities preparation and requirements in the customer’s plant, installation and commissioning and training
- Providing service for machines during the warranty period, and out of warranty including periodic courtesy visits to the customers, and service visits according to service contracts
- Sales of Genuine spare parts
I have worked with various types of machines
and production lines in the following industries:
- Plastic: Thermoforming: Gabler thermoforming (Germany), Injection machines: Negri-Bossi (Italy), Material handling systems: AEC (USA), Film extrusion lines: Breyer and Battenfeld (Germany)
- Food processing: Bakeries equipment including pastries, dough mixers, sheeters and make up tables and packaging machines: (Rondo: Switzerland, Konig bread lines (Austria), VMI mixers and bowls Elevators: France, Record packaging machines (Italy), Cooking machines : Bereif (Germany), Maturing and post-maturing fermentation and drying rooms (VEMAG)
- Steel and construction division: Reinforcement cage welding machines: Automatic machines for making mass production on the reinforcement of Concrete pipes, Box Culvert, and Manholes: MBK (Germany)
Main job tasks :
- Managing and preparing maintenance
activities including corrective maintenance
and preventive maintenance program
- Spare-parts stock management

- Maintain, troubleshooting, and
assembling of control and MCC panels
for machine, production lines, and the

- PLC programming and wiring using Siemens logo and S7-300
- Installation, maintaining various types of transducers, variable speed drives, and soft starters for the AC induction motors
