Working with SmartLink in Muruj Branch, my daily duties consist and handling Speechlog recording systems for all in SmartLink projects and supporting the network. Some Engineering tasks and operation, and concentrate on networking devices and infrastructure such as Routers, network switches and the fiber, media, and protocols that connect the devices on a network I Am responsible for day-to-day operations, maintenance, upgrade and problem determination and Resolution of network, which consists of, the following Cisco network devices, I am involved in configuration, installation, integration, testing, and troubleshooting, and operation of SmartLink network. My mainly works network configurations and Speechlog recording systems and handling Avaya call manager extension’s as well. I am feeling flexible and creative in adapting to environments where functional and operational objectives evolve and change rapidly. This is a very fast-paced environment, Experience with Avaya call manager extension and Avaya IP telephones and windows software
