(Saudi Aramco Project) - THWAL - JEDDAH - Saudi Arabia
Project Description: Production and installation of 15 Km precast fence walls, K12 crash rated, water flood box
culvert, 15 Km patrol road, 15 Km maintenance road, 30 Km road lighting system, CCTV camera control system,
microwave Control systems, 4 motorized sliding gates K12 Crash rated, and 36 service/utilities buildings.
* Carrying out construction activities related to precast, cast in situ, mechanical, Electrical, plumping, HVAC,
and finishing works.
* Performed huge Coordination between disciplines,
* Maintained high performance of site team,
* Complied with operational standards and HSE regulations.
* Managed the processes of deliverable validation and project closing.
Project Description: 1200 Precast villa, multi stories, pigmented concrete colour with sand blast finish type.
* Follow up and manage site activities for installation of walls, stairs, hollow core/solid slabs, with all related
cast in situ works such as raft foundation, screed, grouting and finishing works. Ensuring the fulfilment and
applying of all procedures required to hand over the works to the client.
Project Description: Concrete structure works of 3 tower buildings up to 32 floors height, including 5 basements
parking for each.
* Performed construction activities from project initiation till closing and delivered unites to the client,
managing all resources mobilized in the project, with high interest of shutter, schedules, budget and
progress.
Project Description: Art & Design college building of 160, 000 m sq. built up area, 4 conical shape amphitheatres.
* Handled the execution and coordination activities, resources, special shutters and steel reinforcement
rebar and direct it to achieve objectives, Controlled the progress and ensured application of safety and

curve shape of 14 Lm height, the scope included Finishing works (dry wall, tilling, screed, paint and stone cladding).
