• Participate in preparation of project execution plan, Execution strategy and contractors plan.
• Handle and follow up development of base line schedule, mobilization & logistic plans.

• Monitor and follow up site progress to prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly progress reports
along with project KPIs status.

Project: MASAR Destination, Fly over bridge - MAKKAH - Saudi Arabia
Two bridges of 1100 Lm length, 20 Lm width, piles and pile caps, piers flare post tension columns, post tension viaduct system, 125M$.

• Carried out construction activities of work breakdown structure, in relation to production of 70 wall
panels per day, sandblasting, clearance and acceptance by client Inspector, loading and delivery to site
for installation, and final acceptance.
• Run and follow up all finishing activities once precast installation is inspected and accepted, includes but
not limited to first fix, plaster and Gypsum, joint sealant, marble tiles and stairs, doors and windows,
counter tops, final paint and second fix, inspection and deliverables acceptance.

• Carrying out construction activities related to precast, cast in situ, mechanical, Electrical, plumping,
HVAC, and finishing
