1- Plan site set-up to move labour, plant, and materials around site efficiently and
productive way.
2- Plan internal and external logistics routes through the project phases focusing on
separation of vehicles, machinery and people. Lay down areas and offloading points.
3 - Pre-plan the usage of key assets to ensure planned assets meet the needs of the
program.
4- Plan and integrate with key contractors to meet the needs of the planned
programmed and deconfliction of on site space and time where appropriate.
5- Planning and monitoring inbound and outgoing deliveries.
6- Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer
services.
7- Create improvement plans for maintenance processes.
8- Review and approve maintenance schedule and manpower plans.
9- Review audits on maintenance, repair and overhaul operations.
10- Deliver solutions to logistics problems while maintaining high levels of quality and
service within budgetary requirements.
1- Strategic planning and management of logistics, warehousing, transportation and
customer services.
2- Plan and control incoming and outgoing deliveries.
3- Organizing warehouses, naming goods, arranging shipments within tanks, and handling
shipments.
4- Team work direction, improvement and coordination of the complete system cycle.
5- Develop effective schedules for drivers and operators to maximize productivity.
6- Drivers and operators management of unloading equipment and trucks
7- Follow-up and respond to any problems or complaints from customers.
8- Track the quality, quantity, transportation costs and efficiency, supervise the shipment
process and manage the inventory to ensure that the shipment reaches its destination in a
timely manner.
9- Measure and analyze data to evaluate performance and make recommendations.
10- Searching for optimal shipping, routing and carrier technologies.
1- Develop and implement fleet management plans and programs that will guarantee the
Zero site breakdown & 90% availability of a well maintained and service fleet.
2- Monitors all fleet and mechanical expenses to ensure compliance with budget.
3- Plan, organize & direct the work of the section to meet objectives the most efficient use
of personnel, facilities & equipment
4- Equipment & manpower planning and utilization based on Production Forecast.
Ensuring the fleet utilization to the maximum.
5-Ensure Proper and effective daily equipment inspection and report all abnormalities to
the
6- Ensure Preventive Maintenance and scheduled repairs are done as per plan. 7.Regular
visit all branch/site and monitor vehicles utilization, running costs and make appropriate
report with recommendations to management
8- Scheduling of Passing of whole fleet and coordination with workshop for the same
9- Coordinate with the service providers (workshop, procurement, PRO, etc.) to ensure all
vehicles are serviced, repaired and maintained in a timely and professional manner and
that all legal requirements such as third party inspections/certifications, insurances,
necessary passes.
10- Management of traffic fines and clearing in coordination with different departments
and PRO.
