- Managing and coordinating the implementation and certification process of GSAS projects.
- Arranging the official submissions, and coordinating with the project architects and engineers to comply with GORD requirements for obtaining GSAS certification
- Prepare the required documentation, calculators, sustainability strategies report and other supporting drawings for GSAS certification to obtain DC1, DC2 approval and LOC.
- Serving as liaison between various entities to assure efficient communication and resource coordination for sustainability programs and projects
- Support sustainability team in the green building design and GSAS documentation process.
- Assist managers, design and engineering teams in achieving targets, find strategies and solutions to improve sustainability performance for multiple scales of projects.
- Evaluates and recommends material specifications, calculations, project reports and submittals for green building rating system compliance.
- Provide technical engineering information to ensure project complies with all GSAS standards, requirements, specifications and design
- Perform technical analysis in calculations as needed to support energy optimization, efficient water use technology and all other impact category for the environment.
Duties:
- Responsible for all aspects of the interior design process and developed design solutions.
- Give advise on design of internal spaces including aesthetics, furnishings, fixtures and fittings, lighting and color schemes.
- Render design ideas in form of drawings/illustrations and presents this to senior management for review and submission to client for approval.
- Apply Computer assisted design software and equipment to prepare project designs and plans using AutoCAD (2D-3D) and 3ds max.
- Produce detailed workings, drawings and specifications.
