Taught Human Resources Management Course at UFE in 2006-2007 and 2007-2008 .

Conceived and led a special Personal & Professional Development Program for the Business & Information Systems students, along the four academic years, since 2005. The core objective of this program was to develop self-knowledge and system thinking. It allowed early career orientation and helped bridge the gap between the academic world and the business community.

I was also hosted by many universities as a Trainer in Human Development and Representative of the Business Community, such as the American University in Cairo, Arab Academy for Sciences and Technology, Cairo University, Alexandria University, Misr International University, and Canadian International College since 2005.

During the same period I had many media appearances where I represented the Business Community as an HR Expert in debates about the Education Reform at Nile TV-Culture -Montada Program- (Mar 2006, Jun-Aug-Nov 2007, Mar 2009), OTV (May 2007), and Al-Ahram Newspaper (Aug 2007).

My clients were more than 20 companies, in more than 10 different sectors, namely Chemical Industry, Food Industry, Optics Industry, Automotive Industry, IT Services, Banking & Financial Services, Advertising Agencies, Real Estate, Training and Education Services, Governmental Organizations, Business Associations, Emergency & Health Organizations, and NGOs.

I also led Action-Training sessions for Corporate Customer Teams such as Domtar - Windsor (Qc, Canada), ERA Real Estate, Medstar Misr, MCV Mercedes, International Aromatics Fanous, Bell Foods, Fame Network Egypt, Sales Taxe Authority, ABC Bank, Egyptian Banking Institute, and Rotaract Club.

I have been hosted during the same period at Al-Sawy Culture Wheel in Cairo as a public speaker in Oct 2004.

I was a member of 3 different Research Groups in Quebec University, Montreal University and Sherbrooke University in Canada (1995-96; 1997-2002). My fields of research were Management By Project; Crisis Management & Organizational Learning; Democratic Dialogue in Organizations; and Managerial Psychology.

I got an Action-Research internship at the Emergency Preparedness Center of Montreal Urban Community from Feb 1999 to May 2000, where I was monitoring the implementation of a Change Management Plan for the Crisis Management Network of Quebec, and studying in depth the managerial style and profile of the Emergency Preparedness Center Director.

I designed and taught a Crisis Simulation course based on interactive role playing and semi-structured scenario at Sherbrooke University in 2000. I led also an Action-Training session for Emergency Management professionals in Quebec Province during the same period.
