1. Monitor staff achievements, perform periodic performance appraisals, and provide guidance or coaching to direct reports in performing their delegated duties
2. Provide Claims & Underwriting analysis in order to assist the department manager.

18. Ensure that relevant customer medical information is disseminated to management, providers, clients and members
19. Ensure that all practices gained across the year is developed in manuals and guidelines for future training and knowledge
a) Technical
1. Sharing in needs assessment and ensuring the availability of software, hardware and networks necessary for MIS operations.
2. Maintenance of software and hardware and trouble shooting at TST office and facilities.
3. Ensuring the backing up of data at TST and facilities.
4. Sharing in the preparation of presentations, graphics and designs of brochures.
5. Active participation in staff meetings providing colleagues with updates on performance.
b) Training
6. Participating in the training of software users at facilities.
c) Administration
7. Keeping accurate records of HSRP documentation in respect of computer maintenance and contracts.
d) Other
8. Acting as a team leader for processing bidding procedures related to the information systems of Alexandria, Menoufeya and Sohag governorates (total of 7303 computers and 2083 printers in addition to network requirements).
