• Plans, implements and monitor the routine day to day activities to facilitate the smooth Production Process like Filling, Packing and dispatching.

• Keep an eye and Plan strategies for the improvement in consumables/raw materials consumption's
• Plan and execute different trials, if required, for the betterment of plant performance and product quality.
• Ensure that all work across the plant is being carried out according to the safety rules and regulations for both man and machine.
• Guiding all working staff and ensure that whole plant area/machines are always kept at high standards of housekeeping.
• Looking for the interests of working staff according to company's policy by the co-operation of Administration department and higher authorities
• Co-ordinate with Quality Control department for the implementation of ISO systems and carry out necessary revisions to different procedures and responsibilities
• Capability of using ERP (SAP) and RF technology
• Assessing and manage the requirements for different training's to different categories of working staff.
• Applying HACCP, GMP, EHS and FSMS, AIB principals. (Member of internal QMS council)
• Work with ACDI and the associations to identify the most appropriate associations (in terms of ability to manage, level of transparency within the association, willingness to share in financial obligations, etc.) to receive the in-kind grants to be implemented during the extension period. Built) Associations in Qena and Luxor will receive 2 cold trucks, 2 field coolers and 1 collection center
• Assist associations to identify most appropriate locations for facilities that will be built (collection center, field coolers)
• Identify training needs of each association and work with Cairo staff and associations to identify trainers, schedule training, etc.
• Assure that all required documentation relevant to the grants is prepared by associations and submitted to ACDI in timely manner
• Supervise construction of new facilities and provide daily reports to Cairo office on progress, problems, etc.
• Collect data and success stories from associations required for M & E
• Prepare data and information for my respective regions that will feed into the progress report (due at the end of October 2012) and final report (due at the end of February 2013) that will be submitted to USAID
•Giving training session to the Associations like how to implement traceability, Variety Evaluation and Production & Delivery planning .
