Full range of responsibilities consisting but not limited to :-
•Act appropriately for minimizing the cost of works without affecting the quality for obtaining maximum profit to the company while maintaining its reputation.
التصرف بشكل مناسب لتقليل تكلفة الأعمال دون التأثير على الجودة من أجل الحصول على أقصى قدر من الأرباح للشركة مع الحفاظ على سمعتها.
•Organize and manage the Engineers, Site Staff and manpower to meet the projects requirements.
تنظيم وإدارة المهندسين وموظفي الموقع والقوى العاملة لتلبية احتياجات المشاريع.
•Review contract requirements; execute the works by ensuring full compliance with the specifications and conditions of the project.
مراجعة شروط العقد ، وتنفيذ الأعمال عن طريق ضمان الامتثال الكامل للمواصفات والشروط الواردة في المشروع.
•Review project program, to ensure that the scope of works, details and resources are sufficient to meet the project requirements.
مراجعة برنامج المشروع ، للتأكد من أن نطاق الأعمال وتفاصيل ومصادر الموارد كافية لتلبية متطلبات المشروع.
•Review and follow up regular progress reports with the project planner and take necessary corrective and preventive actions to ensure that completed the project as per contract time scope.
المراجعة والمتابعة المنتظمة لتقارير مراحل التنفيذ مع مهندس تخطيط المشروع واتخاذ ما يلزم من الإجراءات التصحيحية والوقائية للتاكد من استكمال المشروع في نطاق زمن العقد.
•Reports on the activities of the project on regular basis to my Manager & Carry out my duties professionally, diligently and honestly in accordance with the Firm’s policies directives.
اعداد التقارير عن أنشطة المشروع بانتظام لمدير أعمالي وأؤدي واجباتي مهنيا، بجد وأمانة، وفقا لسياسات وتوجيهات الشركة.
•Managing a full site team with section manager; technical office; site engineers; quantity control & surveyors.
الإشراف والتنفيذ على العديد من المشاريع العسكرية والمدينة وتشمل الآتي مشاريع تمهيد ورصف الطرق شركة حسن علام انشاء وتنفيذ الكباري الهيئة العامة للطرق والكباري انشاء وتنفيذ المدارس والمستشفيات راس الخيمة انشاء وتنفيذ مطار العين (لإمارات العربية المتحدة ) انشاء والإشراف على تنفيذ منشآت القوات المسلحة دبي أنشأء وتنفيذ أبراج سكنية شركة لوتاه دبي انشاء وتنفيذ التوسعة الثالثة للمسجد الحرام بمكة المكرمة
