- Audit the workflow of customer complaints received from different resources ( Inbound calls, Outbound calls, Cards, Online, internal verbally and internal CR service )

- Follow up the status of Complaints ( Resolved, Unresolved, Customer Unreachable, Reject by realizer or Reject by Approver )

- Entering the data of the Customer Complaints Cards in the project of CC in the system after collect it from Garages and Show Rooms


- Create tables of Comments/Suggestions throught out the collected cards

- Schedual Appointments and Answering phone calls

- Sending and Receiving Emails / Sending and Receiving Faxes

- Typing and filing

- Participating as organizer in department activities
( Corporate Events & PR / Marketing Events )

- Participating in CEC ( Competency Enhanced Center ) as adminstrator

- Participating in ISO 9001 : 2008 as Internal Auditor

- Worked as Temporary Secretary to CEO
