Responsibilities: Repair and Maintenance of all Machines at the Production Plants and Installation of industrial boilers, furnaces, Incinerators, kilns.

•Inclusion of newly designed effective pre-heater
Systems for industrial boilers and furnaces.
Installation and operation of the softener for water
Treatment plant.
•Pressure testing of boilers and heat exchangers.
•Welding and pipe fitting.
•Construction of a 50 meter flat conveyor system.
•Making working drawing for construction.
•Repair of break down machine at the production
Plants.
•Routine maintenance work on the production plants.
•Dismantling and overhauling of processing
Machines.
•Modification of designs for approval and
Construction.
•Keeping the spare parts store and requesting
For new parts.
•Writing of engineering specification for contractors.
•Manufacturing all the materials on the machine shop
(Lathe and milling machine).
•Ensuring that workers are safe all the time.
•Daily check on air compressors and repair of break down.
•Confers with technical and administrative
Supervisors in preparing budget estimates
For materials, equipment, personnel and funds
Needed for building and maintenance work.
