- Opening new accounts for clients
- Receiving and responding to customers inquiries on account balances, transaction details, statements, fees and charges.
- Promoting bank products such as personal, car and housing finances.
- Applying the finances required by the clients, and conducting the finance when getting the approval from the credit department.
- Issuing ATM card to customers.
- General administration tasks such as maintaining records, opening post and sending letters to customers.
- Preparing and recording asset, liability, revenue, and expenses entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
- Preparing monthly financial statements, reports and records by collecting, analyzing and summarizing account information.
- Maintaining general ledger by transferring subsidiary accounts, preparing a trial balance, reconciling entries.
- Following internal controls.
- Following up and maintaining the pricing system.
- Financial and profitability analysis on a requested basis.
- Reviewing bank statements.

- Providing services to the customers such as exchanging foreign currency, sending and receiving international transfers, such as Western Union and Xpress Money.
- Balancing currency and coins in cash drawers at ends of shifts, and calculating daily transactions using computers, calculators, or adding machines.
