As part of my duties working as International advisor, I was responsible for handling three technical tasks, Data Support, BB and Mobile broadband, handling all issues related to these tasks According to the AHT for each task, delivering the bset customer service, supporting the managment to acheive the service level on daily basis by following on all updates via emails and best use of other applications available, reporting the repeated cases to be checked and resolved as soon as possible, report all network issues to Real Time Manager to report them, acheiving my personal target in selling our products, service and educating customers how to use Vodafone self services, targeting all the time the best quality scores.
