After more then one year of working in Mashreqbank as Customer Service & Relationship officer where I had experience dealing with customers and taking responsibility to solve problems of bank clients, finding solutions and proactive services, I had transferred to work as Counter Service Specialist in TV.R branch Mashreqbank - Doha in this job I'm dealing with all types of Cheques from posting to clearing and transferring, also coordinating all types of Telex Transfers, Pay Orders, Demand Drafts and similar transactions world wide, adding to this experience my basic task is dealing with cash money in daily transactions with customers including cash withdrawals, deposits .plus many types of transferring from account to account for both personal or corporate . In this job also I have a lot of products to introduce to customers and to make proactive sales which giving my job more activity and bringing profits to the bank . In the branch also I'm working with the team to achieve one target such best service and quality plus introducing our products to all customers, my basics to deal with customers are warm tune, eye contact, smile and best reading for clients problems and needs before processing
starting March 2011 and adding to my current position i started acting as relationship officer for my bank with Qatar Central Bank handling the daily cash processes carrying full responsiblity to finalize this process safely .
Working in full time as Relationship and Customer service officer in MashreqBank
First task was how to build good relations with the existing customers giving them the service which they may expect and more, and looking forward to show others the real image of the bank convincing customers to make it there own choice where they can find the best service and banking system, working as a Relationship officer made me always in touch with customers inquiries which pushed me always to find quick practical solutions and of course work with the team to achieve one goal
I worked as full time Marketing Supervisor for sales team which gave me experience in leadership and marketing . The main task was to sale company products through the sales team which required strong personality in leading the team, opening new channels and markets to sell, living with the team as one family aiming to improve everyone 's career and life style which is giving the company strong team able to make success in future
Since I was studying English Language so I had the ability to teach English language and preparing English researches about many topics which improved my language skills both in writing & speaking, plus adding new improvements to my career and personality
Here I worked in translating different types of texts from Arabic - English & English - Arabic
