Main Responsibility:
•Maintain and support PCs, Laptops, Printers, Projectors and copy machines.
•Plan and deploy of Workstations, Network and Standalone Printers.
•Coordinate with IT Teams to protect and secure Company data and resources.
•Deploy and manage ISA server and provide internet services.
•Deploy and manage Domain server and DHCP.
•Maintain and manage Active Directory objects and policies.
•Deploy Antivirus protection and backup solution.
•Avaya Telephone system: installing, configure switches and telephone and maintenance.
•Providing effective incident and problem resolution using highly automated tools such as remote access, online support and knowledge base systems.
•Providing IT support services and responding rapidly to user requests and logged incidents.
•Provide support to faculty and administrative users includes: Installation, configuration, upgrade, trouble-shooting and provide first-level maintenance of needed hardware, desktop software and applications.
• Providing problem management process across support groups and review, identify and resolve systemic service-related issues.
•Help Disk System Service My Duty:
•Update & maintain System.
•Follow Up Technicians Via advent software.
• Wire and wireless cameras IP, Installation, configuration, monitoring & backup the system.
•Manage Projects for universities branches.
