• Complete coordination & necessary interaction with Clients &Project Consultants for the project execution
• Arranging/ Finalizing subcontractors & their contracts in close coordination with Contracts/ QS dept.
• Obtaining approvals on shop drawings, samples, mock ups, technical data and variations w.r.t. contract specifications; on prescribed formats from Consultants/ Mall management etc.
• Follow up with Subcontractors& arranging regular progress site meetings to monitor their work progress w.r.t. planned schedule of works.
• Monitoring/ controlling progress of work at site & make sure all projects are delivered on time. Delivering quality of work.
• Arranging for Site inspections& obtaining approvals from concerned Consultants.
• Necessary follow-ups& to obtain approvals on job invoices for the contract works & variations from clients and consultants, after submitting relevant documents. Complete documentation of project.
• Monitoring Manpower& its output during project execution as per planned progress & follow up/ liaison for joinery items & loose furniture.
• Reporting to Director of Operations.
