Job Description & Duties:
• Propose new tools and/or enhancements to existing processes for the most efficient operations.
• Management Quality Control.
• Review Scripts.
• Review Quality Score Sheets and Reports.
• Attending in/external kick-off meeting.
• Conducting Quality Control training new-comers.
• Utilize standard reports in order to monitor operations and analyze results.
• Set internal rules between Quality Control Dep. and Operation Dep.
• Assisting operation Dep. in developing the knowledge bases.
• Training all operation team leaders on quality standards.
• Quality Trainer for all Wasla Projects.
