Working on integration between HCM and FI (posting): Create symbolic accounts (balance sheet - expense sheet) and assign with GL
• Keeping records of work times and attendance, tracking, employee absence, Assisting in the processing of monthly payrolls.
• Calculating the correct amount incorporating overtime, deductions, bonuses ect.
• Follow up the completion, review and calculation KPIs for staff
• Ensuring new hire paperwork is completed and processed
• Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
• Overseeing hiring process, which includes coordinating job posts, reviewing resumes, and performing reference checks
• Manage all aspects related to legal, financial and administrative aspects of the HR function of a fast growing start up
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations
• Organize monthly, quarterly and annual employee performance reviews.
• Supporting the HR coordinator and HCM Consultant
Obtain, collect and fulfill the employment documents
Deal with the labor office and the insurance authority
Following the absence and the attendance sheets of the employees
implement and administer employee policies
Provide high-quality advice and service to management on daily
employee relations and performance management issues
Offer proactive recruiting assistance
Prepare termination and severance letters
Administer compensation and benefit plans
Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training &
development initiatives
Prepare feasibility studies and marketing strategies for verity of
projects located in gulf area
Determine the financial position for each project by analyzing the ROI
, breakeven point and the profit margin
Preform the marketing plan by analyzing the market share and the
competitors conducting SWOT and PEST analysis
Making recommendation to projects based on the result of feasibility
studies to helps them to determine their position in the market
Perform researches about market industry, competitors, products and
pricing
Obtaining data through conducting telephone or direct emails surveys
or face to face consumer studies
Making a recommendation to companies based on data analysis that
helps them to determine their position among other companies,
product, design, delivery and promotions
