•Coordinate and supervise functional & technical solutions for the ERP implementation for the following modules R12.2.4: Oracle Financials, Distribution, supply chain and CRM after sales for automotive industry.
•Undertake business analysis activities during project cycles.
•Lead and execute testing activities.
•Solution test execution including the preparation of business scenarios & detailed test scripts
•Checking of assigned Functional documents including Functional Designs, Process Workbooks and Configuration documents, and ensure on-going maintenance of those documents throughout the project cycle
•Doing a professional Oracle training to Users when needed.
1) Deliver technical solutions for the ERP functional issues of oracle application in the following tracks in Core manufacturing:
Work In Process, Cost Management, SLA, Quality Assurance, Project Manufacturing, Discrete MFG Execution, Bill of Material and functional issues for ASCP
2) Work in support related projects and Cluster Technical Co-coordinator for EMEA shift
3) Maintaining product expertise in assigned cluster
4) Contributing to knowledge management content creation and maintenance
5) Working with development on bugs as required
6) Sharing experience with customer to analyze his business scenarios and matching them to the current flow in oracle modules.
7) Managing All customer's escalations in a proper way to cool down till the issue resolved
*Participated in oracle high-level committee to design the organization’s chart of account for the whole group, and the business procedures processes to materialize the implementing of Oracle ERP solution in the whole group.
*Financial team led for the setup of oracle financial modules.§ Mapping transition led for planning, data conversion from the legacy system and data uploads thru ADI
*MFG team led for the business requirement analysis of Discrete MFG modules (MRP, BOM, WIP, Cost Management, MFG Scheduler, CRP and QA).
*I had done the verification for the documentation setup compared with the system§ Supervised the users started from training session, passing by prototype sessions till the end of user’s acceptance test§ Giving a hand to the factories planners on Materials & Resources planning and helping them in shop floor capacity control.
*Responsible for oracle functional support of the holding co. and handling SR’s with Oracle support.

A) Jeraisy Furniture Factory Implementation.Manufacturing plant for office and home furniture.
B) Jeraisy Card Tech Factory implementation manufacturing plant for plastic cards, such as mobile phones prepaid Cards, Visa, Master Card and Smart Cards
C) Jeraisy Computer Paper Factory implementation manufacturing plant for paper forms, Envelops, Stickers and printing activities.
§ Audit the Journal Vouchers for all transactions and book keeping supervision.§ Prepare Expenses reports and analyze the results.
§ Audit the stock list prepared by the Stock controller and matching it with Purchases
§ Stock taking control and stock evaluation reports.
§ Handling bank Act's, L/C B/G and reconcile it monthly.
§ Controlling payable, receivable and fixed assets sub ledgers.
§ Control the MFG costing and WIP and creating the entire reports.
§ Provides information for Payroll Details to Administration Dept.
§ Forming the yearly Budget, budget analysis and reporting the variances to GM.
§ Provides information to enable the management to compare costs of different period to formulate sound of policies and prepare time series analysis.
§ Responsible for calculating the Benefits of Employees
§ Create Cash Flow Statement (Funds Management).
§ Control the Chart of accounts and financial planning.
§ Create end of month closing, Profit and Loss, balance sheet
