It includes four sections:
Production Section :
Knowledge of Raw material involved in the manufacturing process.
Make production plan.
Responsible for the cost of finished products and their design.
Contact with supplier of Raw material inside and outside country.
Run the Material Requirement Planning, Production store & stock takings.
Preparing all production reports(daily& monthly ) During and after manufacturing to determine the loss.
Organization & coordination with other departments .
Purchasing Department Section :
Receipt of purchase orders from department managers after approval by the General Manager.
Follow up with the purchasing officer to determine the prices in the local market according to the quality.
Routine follow-up and monitoring.
Sales Department Section :
Follow up the prices of competitors in the market.
Follow up on the finished production store.
Monitor and follow-up shipment, sale and damaged of representative to achieve the goal.
Monitor and follow up the expenses of representative inside and outside the state of Khartoum.
Administrative Director's Office Section:
Extract the financial papers for the following:
Follow-up and monitoring of gasoline.
Follow-up and monitoring of carbon dioxide gas.
Follow-up and monitoring of sewage drainage.
Follow-up and monitoring of other expenses.

Carry out physical and chemical tests
analysis for raw and finished products.
Microbiology Analyses during production processes and final product storage with flow up consumer complains.
Develop, compile data base systems to monitor, control and assure the quality of the daily production.
Evaluates safety practices and procedures with respect to laboratory and field analytical work.
Maintains Safety Raw Material Data Sheet records on chemicals and compounds used .
Prepares daily & periodic Q.C reports for management .
