Tendering for tender and new awarded projects.
Study scope of work, construction drawings, contractual documents
Projects baseline program with the resources loading on Primavera P6.
Project coding structures for control, performance and integrity of the work as
defined within the contract.
Preparation of procurement and engineering Log to control all the materials orders,
delivery, installation & approvals
Monitoring and following up projects progress (shop drawing, material procurement,
fabrication, and installation at site).
Reporting the weekly, Monthly progress reports and KPI’s using various software
tools.
Quarterly, Semi-annual, and annual Projects Report to high managements to study all
projects status
Time Impact Analysis.
