• Preparing the contracts, agreements and all outcomes as per ADEC terms and conditions
• Preparing and reviewing cost proposals/requests for proposal cost element.
• Creating, Implementing and monitoring compliance based on legal insurance processes.

• Lead project teams in the delivery of client requirements from inception to completion, ensuring best value
is obtained for the project, incl. supplier base and use of internal/external resources
• Supervise the site works and verify the daily site reports submitted by the site engineers
• Provide detailed plans and schedules for project task execution and monitor project schedules/status updates
• Review accuracy of man-hour norms used in planning against actual production.
• Monitor actual expenditure figures against project budgets.
• Prepare invoices for works done and submit to consultant and identify/cost/process any contract variations
• Identify/quantify external risks affecting the project implementation
• Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and standards
• Initially prepared product submittals and cuttings sheets for the workshops (electrical, mechanical and dispatch)
• Subsequently, managed the follow-up on all electrical works, such as assembling control units, Jolift Emergency Evacuation Power Supply (JEEPS), shaft wiring and connection boxes
• Managed engineering cost estimates for all projects, and prepared budgetary statements for management review/approval
• Researched finance options for project funding and analyzed various resources for capital generation
• Involved in planning joint ventures with commercial project developers
• Analyzed the process for identifying gaps for cost minimization
• Monitored all expenses to ensure effective cost control measures
• Prepared proposals for tasks to be completed and activity status updates to ensure compliance with schedules
