Motivate Publishing - 2006 Up to 2017:

I am occupying the position of Business Development Manager) Where I am supervising a team of 20 employees in a dedicated Sales and Marketing Department, responsible for the Bulk Sales of Books, prints, advertising, also I am responsible for ensuring timely completion and follow up of all formalities relating to various Government departments (i.e. Labour & Immigration, Municipality, Central Bank, RTA, etc) for the smooth running of the company, establishing and maintaining excellent relationships with all relevant Government departments at senior as well as counter level and preparation of any related Arabic correspondence specially in UAE (United Arab Emirates) and GCC (Gulf Cooperative Council).

1- Sales and Marketing:

* Identify new corporate customers through direct mailers, telephone calls, directories advertisements and event attendance.

* Client maintenance; Ensure make regular sales calls are made to introduce our products that could materialize in closing a sale with all Government departments.

* Ensure all clients receive notification regarding new publications, promotions and special offers.

* Ensure sales targets are achieved.

* Assist in developing sales and marketing strategies.

* Ensure accurate invoicing of orders and monitor payments by liaising with the credit department and deliveries to clients and monitor payments.

* Ensure timely delivery of orders to clients.

* Monitor stock levels by liaising with the Warehousing department.

2-Government Relationship:

* Ensure timely completion and follow up of all formalities relating to various Government departments (i.e. Labour & Immigration, Municipality, Central Bank, RTA, etc) for the smooth running of the company.

* Establishing and maintaining excellent relationships with all relevant Government departments at senior as well as counter level.

- I am occupying the position of supervisor of passengers and customers services, where I am supervising a team of 12 employees which I managed to develop into a dedicated Emirates airline luggage services section.
- I have established the first Emirates airline call center at the airport and supervised it to two consecutive years, resulting in better performance and flexibility and allowing answering all customers' inquiries at the airport and directly communication with all other sections and parties involved without any delays for the customers.
- I have headed the Emirates airline electronic tracking team for 3 years, in charge of locating lost baggage inside the UAE and at overseas destinations, by using the international world tracer system and communicating with all the airline's out-stations.
- I was deeply involved in managing customers' relations and communicating with them on all levels.
- I was elected to head the official team assigned with the task of welcoming the delegations and VIP's visiting Dubai to attend the annual meeting of the World Bank and International Monetary Fund held in Dubai in 2004
- I have trained 30 employees who joined the Passengers and Baggage Services Department over the last 4 years.
- I was part of the Emirates airline quality team, which earned the company the ISO 9000 - International Organization for the Standardization.
- I have succeeded over the last 5 years to acquire extensive experience that allowed me to innovate and introduce adequate solutions for assisting customers and offering them satisfactory services, which gave them full confidence in dealing with Emirates airline.
