▪ Responsible for Supply Chain Monthly Board Presentation, Monthly LT Reporting, Working Capitals and KPI’s scorecard, budget planning and control OPEX, CAPEX).

▪ Plants strategies, structure and building capabilities.
▪ Managing plants whole operations:
✓ Production: +9 production lines.
✓ Maintenance: Preventive Maintenance Planning (PMP)
✓ Safety Health Environment (SHE): managed to get ISO450001 certificate. ✓ Projects: New Production Lines and developing current lines.
▪ Responsible for Operations Monthly Board Presentation, Monthly LT Reporting, Working Capitals and KPI’s scorecard, budget planning and control OPEX, CAPEX).
