Project : Well Drilling &Workover Location Construction (Ongoing).

Responsibilities:

• Preparing and Present the Monthly Cost Report to PM.
• Preparation of project invoices (Revenue & Subcontractor) in conjunction with the Accounts Department.
• Preparation of budgets in conjunction with engineering and construction team members.
• Analyze financial data and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Monitor expenses and ensure compliance with budgetary guidelines.
• Preparing, Tracking and follow up the submission documents until get the approval from the client.
• Takeoff Quantity as per standard drawings.
• Supervision on the technical office Staff (QC, DC, MC…etc.)
Project : EPC Standby Service Contract for CFP.
Owner : KNPC.
Responsibilities:

• Preparing and present the Monthly Cost Report to PM.

• Preparing, Tracking and follow up the submission documents until get the approval from the client.
• Assist. in Preparing Project Budget.
Project : Estimation Department (Oil&Gas).
Responsibilities:

• Quantity takes off as instructed by quantity surveyors.
• Preparing bills of quantities based on data given by quantity surveyors.
• Preparation of tender documentation and tender evaluation.
• Interim and final assessment of payment for the contractors work.
• Produce and send enquiries to subcontractors inviting them to tender.
• Receive and analyse quotations, liaising with Contracts Managers and Site Agents regarding price, proven history, availability etc.
• Produce bill of quantity/activity schedule for payment purposes.
• Produce cash flow forecasts for internal and client purposes.

•Analyze balance sheets, income, cash flow statements, and other reports to assess accuracy.
•Maintain accurate month-end records by examining all financial statements.
•Formulate general ledger and closing reports by imputing in-depth details of the firms transactions.
•Publish financial statements on time.
•Comply with financial policies and regulations.
