• Review Departments’ budget proposals for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with laws and other regulations
• Combine (annual) all the department budgets together into a consolidated
organizational budget and review all funding requests.
• Assist the top managers and the board of directors to analyze proposed plans and find alternatives if the projected results are unsatisfactory.
• Monitor organizational spending to ensure that it is within budget.
• Inform Departments’ managers of the status and availability of funds.
• Forecast future financial needs, monitor expenditures, analyze revenues, determine budget variances.
• Coordinate with finance team to complete assigned accounting tasks within deadlines.
• Plan, assign and review staff’s work and provide guidance to other Accountants when needed.
• Evaluate computerized accounting systems and provide recommendations to the IT team for performance improvements.
• Perform financial analysis & generate financial reports and statements to
Managers for review. Analyze financial discrepancies and recommend effective resolutions.
• Assist in auditing activities by providing necessary information and preparing requested documentations.
• Develop and document accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
♣ Period from 15 July 2007 to 30 Dec. 2009 (Qatar): -
• Working as an accountant in Ali Bin Essa trading and contracting company.
• Handling all financial affairs using "QuickBooks 2007" and good ability to use accounting programs.
♣ Period from 1 November 2006 to 1 February 2007 (Egypt): -
• Work in Yassen Group (Car Dealer) for 3 months (Accountant of VW Branch)
• Work in accounting department using Axiom accounting software.
Computer Skills
❖ Successfully completed (General Diploma in Computer) during the period from 29/06/2005 to 22/07/2005 with excellent grade for the duration 38 hours.
❖ Successfully completed the ICDL (International Computer Driving Licenses) during the period from 10/10/2006 to 4/11/2006.
