- Basic, Detailed engineering, Specification, Datasheets, Documents follow up.
- HV/MV Vendors electronic communication (follow up and Engineering approvals)
- Installation supervision, Commissioning and start up of main HV/MV Single line diagram equipments
- Project as built Documentation follow up.
2. Plan and monitor all controls and I&C activities
Control (DCS) equipment installation
All DCS cable pulling and termination
Instrumentation installation, calibration and testing
Hot loop checks/ cold loop checks
Functional testing
PLC interface
Functional testing
Logic operation, plant tuning, logic change tracking
Others
3. Coordinate all controls vendor representative activities.
Provide updates to the Lead Controls Commissioning Engineer as directed.
4. Support all Commissioning Manager, Site and Corporate policies and direction.
5. Immediately inform Commissioning Manager/Lead Controls Commissioning Engineer of any problems, injuries, unplanned events or any other issue that could affect project schedule.
6. Ensure all documentation is maintained current and submitted in a timely manner.
7. Provide input to scheduling.
8. Provide manning concerns and personnel issues to the Lead Controls Commissioning Engineer in a timely manner.
9. Coordinate with all other parties (operations, construction, vendor, safety, quality control, client, partners, etc.) to complete the job on time, safely and correctly.
