- SAP BASIS Administration :
o Provide 24/7 SAP Basis support for SAP systems including Development, Quality and Production for R3 system over Windows operating system and Oracle database.
o Monitor and maintain database and file system with weekly revision of Early Watch reports.
o Regular applying of SAP and database patches
o Regular update of SAP Kernel releases.
o SAP system client administration including local client copies, remote client copy and system copy
o Creation and support for SAP users, security roles and profiles
o SAPGUI troubleshooting and installations/maintenance/upgrades
o Troubleshoot day-to-day problems, Verification of ABAP Short Dumps and logs.
- System Administration :
o Maintain and support Domain Controllers and Active Directory.
o Maintain and support mail servers with Exchange 2010.
o Maintain and support Firewall Fortinet
o IBM Blade servers and DS4800 Storage system.
o Implement Network monitor server for all network connections using PRTG application.
o Second level support for support technicians and end users.
- SAP BASIS administration :
o Provide 24/7 SAP Basis support for SAP systems including Sandbox, Development, Quality and Production for R3, XI and BW over IBM AIX/Windows operating system and Oracle/SQL database.
o Monitor and maintain database and file system with weekly revision of Early Watch reports.
o Configure BW portal with connectivity to Visual composer and POS database.
- System Administration :
o Maintain and support Domain Controllers, Active Directory, Exchange 2010
o Virtualization and consolidation of all physical servers by using VMWARE 4.0 with IBM Blade servers and NetApp Storage system.
o 24/7 support for call center’s servers for Pizza Hut, Burger King and KbabJi.
o Implement Network monitor server for all network connections using Solarwinds Orion.
o Implement Data Wan Project over MPLS cloud for over 120 remote locations and head office with KEMS.
o Design and implement Backup polices for over 30 Wintel systems using Symantec Backup Exec
o Design and implement Backup polices for over 11 AIX systems using Tivoli Storage Manager.
o Implement and secure FTP server for restaurants updates
o Maintain Antivirus (TrendMicro and Sophos ), AntiSpam (IMSS and Sophos Email Security Appliance) and Web Security ( GFI Webmonitor and Sophos Web Security Appliance)
