- Overlook & Manage the Information Technology Services and Business processes for Agility Kuwait Gobal Integrated Logistics.
- Assist Management in both operational and Logistics Functions by analyzing data to monitor performance and plan improvements.
- Perform cost analysis on Agility Trucks movements.
- Design & excute overland Transport Logistics & Distribution operations Management by Exceptions KPI’s.
- Responsible for Agility MENA countries Overland Transport management systems & applications.
- Responsible for feasibility studies of any new Software development/implementation for overland Transport business and making recommendations to the Senior Management.
- Lead the overland transport business new automation initiatives in Agility MENA countries.
- Primary contact with Information Technology solutions & Automatic Vehicle Locators (GPS Tracking Devices) vendors.
- Management and ownership of in-house developed Tansport managent solution TMS.
- Supervise the ongoing operations of the TMS Implementation team, Development Team & IT Helpdesk.
- Review/enhance current SLA’s and development needed for supported applications.
- Agility GIL Kuwait & GIL Iraq IT CAPEX & OPEX Budgets preparation.
- Set the annual targets related to Agility GIL Kuwait IT operations and monitor the overall performance.
- Provide day-to-day supervision and delegate work assignments for all Kuwait GIL IT personnel.
- Coordinate with Agility corporate IT team for Networking Security and Internet infrastructure availability.
Responsible for building the relationship with the clients & targeting potential clients in the educational field (Ministry of education, Universities, colleges & schools).
Developing and implementing a marketing strategy in line with the suppliers objectives to achive sales target
Responsiple for developing training seminars & workshops.
Laboratories equipment Instullating & training (Digital exchange telephony, Microprocessor 8085/8088 system, SEIMENS PLC, European installation Bus) .
Contact with educational equipment manufacturers new products ( LEYBOLD GMBH, Carolina USA, PASCO USA).
Global Contracts negotiations & implementation.
Banks in relation to Letter of Credit on importation of materials.
Projects, Cars, Factory Insurance Policies responsible.
