• Monthly General Ledger Scrutiny and Reconciliation .
• Internal Auditing before releasing payment .
• Monthly Payable and Receivables follow up (Inv’s, receipts, Ageing reconciliation's) .
• Customer-wise Income & Expenses Reports for profitability .
• Daily report of Funds / Bank-wise position .
• Bank Reconciliation - Monthly .
• Monthly Cost control Analysis - Expenses Report .
• Fixed Asset follow up (Maintaining of Fixed Assets Registers & depreciation).
• Monthly closing of books- P&L and Balance Sheet .
• Make sure before generating payroll all client’ time sheets are updated in consolidated sheet, and upload to bank salaries payables online transfer .
• (Payroll Card) ATM issues/problems, Create and Renewals attended by .
• Co-ordination with External Auditors for submission of necessary reports as per accounting standards preparing schedules submitted to Auditors for year-end audit
