The financial crisis of 2008 and 2009, the subprime crisis and the collapse of Lehman Brothers prompted banks to freeze inter banking credit, causing a liquidity crisis. Since liquidity has become an indicator closely watched by banks and regulators.

The Liquidity project is a major project within the Société Générale group which aims to provide reports on the liquidity of the bank to regulation bodies such as Prudential Control Authority (formerly Commission Bancaire) in France and the Financial Services Authority (FSA) in England. It also allows managing and effectively taking into account the liquidity risk to ensure effective internal control on liquidity management and implementation of the new Basel III requirements (LCR, NSFR).

The LIQOR application aims to retrieve data from many applications, to enrich, to perform calculations and then generate reporting. It is a full Microsoft .Net application that consists of a Windows service, a custom workflow management engine, custom calculation modules, a SSIS 2008 packages and an ASP.Net web application.

In a team of 5 people and during 5 months, my mission was to design and develop automated tools to test SIM cards configuration and validate GSM-R (Railways) after maintenance operations.
The developed tool manages the GSM-R mobile and test equipment to simulate the train environment in order to perform automatically 240 test case, which qualify and validate the mobile.
