My teaching experience is in construction management at Postgraduate levels, and effectively able to run construction practice tutorials and labs, I have a knowledge and interest in many of the following topics:
• Knowledge of Construction Project Management
• Experience of Risk Assessment and Uncertainty
• Productivity and quality assurance/control
• Knowledge of Construction claims and disputes
• Being aware of Artificial intelligence applications in construction
• Ability to Postgraduate Dissertation supervision
• Managing multiple projects simultaneously, Hands-on experience in developing on major projects from engineering, construction management, construction claims analysis, delivered on time and on budget;
• Leads, and motivate medium to large project teams throughout the project life cycle primarily estimates, final award, and contract administration/review experience.
• Coordinated structural engineering/design efforts on the multi-discipline engineering projects, and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Provides Field support including on-site design, technical support and construction management engineering to various types of construction projects including, Educational Buildings, Reinforced Concrete runway in Airports, and miscellaneous of Military buildings.
• Provided Supportive project management office “PMO” generally provides support in the form of on-demand expertise, templates, best practices, access to information and expertise on Implementing a common methodology, and Introduce effective repeatable project management processes for improving levels of project success within the organization, driving toward meaningful outcomes
• Expertise in Perform on-site risk assessment of risks associated with projects that are in the process of being constructed. Managing risk includes all related costs, schedule impacts, and developing a risk management and mitigation plan.
• Assess available resources, coordinate and allocate work to existing staff and consultants, as well as ability to plan and organize construction activities.
• Providing subject matter expertise on construction claims, including cost and schedule analysis; in manages and resolves the construction conflicts.
