Responsibilities
Recording daily financial transactions (sales, purchases, and expenses).
Managing petty cash and preparing daily cash reports.
Monitoring inventory movement, food cost, and cost control.
Preparing monthly financial statements and VAT reports.
Managing Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and the General Ledger
(GL).
Reconciling supplier, customer, and bank accounts.
Managing supplier invoices, purchase transactions, ticketing settlements, and refund
processing.
Monitoring cash flow and assisting in budgeting and forecasting.
Performing revenue, expense, cost, and profitability analysis for management.
Supporting month-end and year-end closing activities, including reconciliations and
financial reporting.
Coordinating with external auditors and supporting financial control processes.
Ensuring compliance with UAE VAT regulations and accounting standards.

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records of the companys transactions,
expenses, and revenues.
Assisting in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts to help the company
make informed financial decisions.
Preparing financial statements such as income statements, balance sheets, and cash
flow statements for stakeholders.
Ensuring compliance with tax regulations and preparing tax returns for the company.
Facilitating internal and external audits to ensure financial transparency and
compliance with regulations.

Managing accounts payable by tracking and paying bills, and accounts receivable by
invoicing clients and ensuring timely collection of payments.
Conducting cost analysis to identify areas where the company can reduce expenses
and improve profitability.
Assisting in developing financial strategies and plans to achieve the companys short
term and long-term financial goals.
Ensuring compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and company
policies to mitigate financial risks.
Monitoring and controlling inventory levels to optimize cash flow and minimize
storage costs.
