- making reports for the management as required
(Monthly reports & yearly reports).

· New Drivers:
a) Create new profile @ TransAD system for submit
to TransAD CID approval.
b) Upload all requirement doc’s and photo.
c) Print online application.
d) Prepare interview test and interview sheet
· Renew Drivers:
a) Edit profile @ TransAD system for submit to
TransAD CID approval
b) Upload all doc’s. And photo.
c) Print online application.
e) Prepare interview test and interview sheet
· Cancel permit:
a) Prepare cancelation list.
Recruitment:
· Forward all doc’s to PRO. For CID approval.
· receive the result, and update my tracking sheet
for new joiner.
· Receive visa cancelation and forward to PRO for
employment visa.
· Receive new Emp. Visa and update with file
Attendance Sheet:
Trainers:
Prepare attendance for training Dept
Trainees:
Prepare attendance sheet for new joiner and separate
who is have residence visa.
· When driver got permit I have to update it as
“with permit”
· When receive a commencing date I have to
update as on duty.
Orbit:
a) Receive the result for new & renew drivers and
update record “excel & Orbit”
b) Update orbit and excel when permits canceled.
Letters
· Prepare Fingerprint request and sponsor

Contract
· Prepare contract for new hiring.
