working with the design team on developing Design Concepts, and Selecting, Specifying & Procuring all FF&E items

Chris Garrod Global are the FF&E and OS&E specialists for the new St. Regis Hotel in Cairo, and i joined the team as a project assistant.
working with CGG allows me to communicate with suppliers to follow up on offers, purchased items statues, inspection of delivered items.. also assisting in the fit out process and overseeing the installation on site.

Working with the design team, helping in projects, mostly doing selections -materials, finishes, fabrics, color scheme...etc-, and responsible for doing logs & FFE, preparing mood boards and presentations, and dealing with suppliers and buying items & materials for projects

FIORITO is a leading Egyptian company working in the field of interior design, they are specialized in outdoor furniture, and also they are one of the biggest suppliers and contractors for teak wood flooring and natural stone works, along with doing turn key projects and grand outdoor projects
I work in the technical office, where we are responsible for developing our products and designing new lines, along with preparing studies for bidding, quality control, and dealing with clients & suppliers.

The Cecilia Clason interiors were the interior design company assigned as consultants for "Nassiema Towers" in Dubai; which included the 5 stars hotel "Radisson Hotel".
I was assigned to assist Ms. Clason, at the job regarding the "Radisson Hotel", mainly I was responsible for preparing and revising all of the schedules, specs, BOQs, and documentations for the designs, and also assisted with some of the selections, including the fabrics, wall paper, carpets, lights, and art works, and dealing with the suppliers providing it.

Being part of the design team, while contributing in the creative design, specially with fabric selection and preparing color schemes for the designed area, yet my key responsibilities, is dealing with clients, and giving presentations to clients and being mainly responsible of following up with all the aspects of executing the design, as following up with the creative designers, and reviewing their work, following up with draft people, and revising shop drawings, dealing with the suppliers and the sub contractors, and preparing all the documentations needed in the project.
