A financial and administrative accountant is fully responsible for all financial and administrative tasks of the company.
- Preparing, following up and auditing the accounts of suppliers and subcontractors.
- Preparing, following up and reviewing the accounts of clients and debtors.
- Preparing and reviewing operations extracts, following up their collection and recording them in revenues.
- Follow-up and audit of the accounts of the warehouse and employees.
- Follow up the accounts of branches and sites at the company level.
Preparing the financial reports required for the company's management on a regular basis and as requested.
- Preparing the annual final accounts and contributing to the preparation of the financial statements.
- Preparing financial reports and analyzing financial statements.
- Collecting and analyzing financial and accounting data.
- Recording financial transactions, purchases and sales transactions.
- Preparing the necessary reports, financial statements and accounting books on a regular basis.
- Keeping backup copies of financial records
- Performing the administrative tasks of the facility.
- Monitoring inventory and building materials, making periodic and sudden inventory of stores, following up on warehouse books, item cards, documentary movement of stores, and delivering follow-up reports to the financial department.
- Compiling a statement of the site's needs according to the projects' planning budget, compiling these needs from project engineers, making sure that they are approved by the project manager, reviewing them, and taking approval to spend these amounts on various projects.
- Reviewing all extracts and ensuring their integrity in terms of formal and technical terms, and then delivering them to the Financial Department for approval.
- Disbursing and supervising site dues from contractors' payments, engineers' covenant, workers' salaries and daily wages.
