• Lead the production of electrical design documents and drawings.
• Organize and manage all aspects of the workload of Electrical discipline
engineers and designers, within the parameters of a project schedule.
• Collaborate with project team in review of project documentation such
as proposals, estimates, budgets, and schedules.
• Lead weekly Electrical meetings, reviews progress reports and required
checking procedures.
• Initiate, manage and supervise engineering assignments on projects that
meet project requirements on time and within budget.
• Participate in project execution strategy and planning.
• Determine technical issues, defines alternate solutions, and makes
recommendations through official project documents such as technical
queries, technical deviations, etc.
• Establish a list of discipline deliverables. Controls, monitors, and progresses
these deliverables to an agreed schedule.
• Work with project managers/project engineers to ensure all projects are
set up and executed in full compliance with project scope and company
internal procedures.
1.Providing efficient and professional services in project management, Design, Estimation, Execution, Supervision, co-ordination and the successful completion of the projects
2. Installing & Handing over all Electrical (Medium & Low Voltage) and Low current systems which includes Dimming & Lighting Control System, Fire Alarm System, Emergency lighting and Power System, Building Management System, Data-Structure Cabling System, Tele-communication System, CCTV, SMATV, Video Door Entry, Building Intercom System, Door Access Control System, Public Address, Back ground central Music System.
3. Dealing with the major suppliers for the entire material procurement starting from floating enquirers till finalization of the supplier
4. Preparing Technical Submittal for the entire Electrical Drawings and Materials based on Consultant's approved vendors list
5. Preparing of shop drawings for Electrical & Extra Low voltage systems
6. Familiar with Consultant's material & work inspections, factory visits and Authorities Inspections
7. Project operation control, Quality Control, Cost estimation, Tendering and Quantity takeoffs
8. Leadership of Projects and managing teams of electricians and Sub Contractors

3.Industrial Machines and Conveyors Installation, Operation and Maintenance.
4. Hydraulic & Pneumatic Systems Installation, Operation and Maintenance.
5. Design and Wiring of Electrical Control Panels.
6. Machines Installation with Korean & Chinese Teams
