Principal Accountabilities
* Reviews and assigns the delegated tasks for the day, received by the Shift Supervisor onto the Warehouseman.
*Reverts with suggestions, on any probable clashes and evinced constraints in schedule to the Shift Supervisor.
*Provides back up for the Shift Supervisor in the event of his non availability (prolonged or brief) in matters of coordination with the Scheduler, the Warehouse Manager and Ops Cell
*Monitors the warehousemen activities minutely
Specific Responsibilities
*Ensures preventive maintenance is undertaken on the MHE’s under his purview.
* Supervises and delegates housekeeping tasks regularly for optimum space utilization.
* Guides and motivates the personnel under his control for performance enhancement.
* Coordinates and supports the Shift Supervisor in administrative tasks of his team.
* Coordinates with the Stock Control Team for resolving discrepancies and non Conformities.
Accomplishments :
* Update the SOP for Inbound Exceed RF System.
* Training greater than 150 employees on the S.O.P (the Standard Operating Procedures) for inbound exceed RF( radio frequency ) in my company and others SOP related with The Warehousing Operations.
*Suggest new idea that cross-docking system, the company believe and applied it that makes more profit.
Job purpose statement :
To complete the assigned operational and housekeeping tasks in keeping with the sop's and
the IMS procedures in place.
Performance indicators (capturing and reporting )
Docking / document verification
Loading /unloading with simultaneous document cross verification
Segregation/staging /caging
Picking /put away
Housekeeping tasks such as co-mingling, moves, etc.

Suggest new idea that the safe operating procedures for all MHE in the company.
