• Manage and handle managing the office budget and maintenance schedule for supplies, equipment
Coordinates internal and external meetings and assists in providing all logistics and materials required .
• Arranges, participates in (as directed) and implements meetings for the Director and Department, including regular meetings.
• Assists the Department or ( project ) Manager with the preparation and distribution of materials for various meetings/conference/seminars.
• Schedules travel, appointments, conference calls, etc.
• Performs other related administrative duties as assigned.
• Maintains a filing and correspondence system.
Prepare list of all ( QC ) as adepartment expenses form petty cash in accordance with policy and procedure at the end of each month
Make and chick payment document on PHD form for the consultants’ invoices in accordance with contract at the end of month
Prepare purchase order on company forms for all material requests by QC staff
In accordance with PHD policy on the same day receiving request
Prepare attendance sheet for all QC Staff at PHD project in accordance with hr policy
Manage and arrange transportations for all QC staff and consultants’ at PHD project in accordance with project requirements and review all relevant invoices based on contract agreement at the end of month
