• Document Controller and Prepare all report and plan required for NGO.

• Assist in Procurement and logistic operation to ensure complete project on time.
• Arranging and negotiating steps work and activity with other company which is work in same project.
• Establishing for electrical devices (Transformer, cables and steel work for panel and Devices).
• Responsible for infrastructure work and excavation work.
• Set Transportation plan to provide materials and tools to all site work40, 000 m2.
• Help Client in Selecting materials and factories to supply the project.
• Present apartment for customers and helps him in interior design and furniture.
• Make a contract for subcontractors and coordinate between them.
• Prepare take off for all works in project.
• Assist in procurement operation with material suppliers in morocco and Spain.
• Apply Safety standard (OSHA) in site.
• Follow the well point system, dewatering system, sheet pile system (Marine Building).
• Checked shop drawing before submit to consultant.
• Coordinate between Civil, Arch., Mech. And Elec. Drawings to avoid any conflict.
• Document Controller, preparing site reports.
• Assist in procurement & Pricing operation by selecting material and subcontracting.
• Quantity surveying and quality control.
• Structural design using prokon and ETAB.
• Make sure all material using as specification.
• Make all test required to ensure all material and work was perfect.
• Assist in BOQ and Specification works.
• Document Controller and prepare schedule planning.
