Oversee all Operations functions of the Company. My role collaborates with the CEO & Board of Directors to develop B2B & B2C operational strategies, and facilitating these efforts across Operations. Through a respectful, constructive and energetic style, guided by the objectives of the company, and provides the leadership, management and vision necessary to ensure that the company has the proper operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures to effectively grow the company and to ensure financial strength and operating efficiency.
• Delivers annually Strategic Sales Plan with specific market share, clients’ acquisition and clients’ retention targets.
• Overall responsibility of Murabaha Products & clients onboarding.
•Monitoring and updates of the Murabaha Products agreements & Manuals.
• Daily monitoring and control overall Murabaha Products applications and ensure that all risk measures are in place.
• Monitoring, lead and motivates efficiently Murabaha and Sales team.
• Coordinates actively campaigns / promotions organizing and fine tuning the sales team.
• Cross sells interacting with other Brokerage Channels (CTUs, IS and E- Channels).
• Cross sells interacting with Samba Capital & Samba Financial Group departments through SLAs.
• Create/Monitoring Sales Pipeline list and visits of HNW clients.
• Visits all regions to control sales team and visits HNW clients with RMs.
• Interacts with all Trading Channels and get full updates on latest plans / developments.
• Monitoring and follow up the IT and operation related projects.
• Accountability and control overall Sales and Murabaha teams targets.
Oversee all Operations functions at our Investment Holding Company. I am responsible for managing all hands-on operational aspects of the company and its subsidiaries.
