EXPO 2020 Roads network concreting starting from piling until the top slab of the bridge including the post tension works
Working on the infrastructure works in EXPO 2020 PROJECT in service pipeline of the project as a civil works part Significant Accomplishments:
Initiated the timely execution of EXPO 2020 roads network project within budget; implemented cost control strategies such as Cost management plan as well as effective estimates for site infrastructure
Reduced material rejection rate by 2% through measures such as 6sigma procedures
ADNOC Service Stations buildings projects
Projects Under Execution:
Title: Marine Service Stations in north emirates (Mareed, Ghalilah and Old RAK Marine Service Stations) and Highway service
station in Abu Dhabi (Khalifa City and Mukatara SS)
Role: assistant Resident Engineer and Site structural Inspector
Responsibilities:
• Performing conceptual studies and preliminary structural engineering calculations for civil/ structural constructions,
buildings, supports, foundations & structural steelwork
• Determining feasibility of designing new structures or modifying existing structures considering costs, space & time
limitations
• Preparing project quality plan, quality control procedures, inspection test plans (ITP) as per project requirements and
client specifications
• Reviewing & evaluating shop drawings, and project plan
• guide more than 20 subcontractors to complete work within expected time, Inspected and evaluate executed
works.
• Planning and supervising subcontractor inspection activities and reviews of subcontractor QC performance; preparing
final handover dossier and maintaining proper filling system (as per Company procedure) with full traceability for
retrieving the document
• Monitoring & reporting on quality status and following up of non-conformance / corrective actions; creating and maintain
a culture of QA/QC awareness and effective use of the standards in the project
• Undertaking lab & plant trails and in-house & 3rd party laboratory tests on raw materials; tracking abnormal costs/
wastage
• Identifying & reporting on deviations and triggering change requests
• Controlling project risks and implementing risk management framework
